Prices incl. sales tax
According to the German regulation on the marking of prices (PAngV § 1 und § 4, Neufassung vom 18. Okt. 2002) we show final prices in our shop. These final prices include the German sales tax (MwSt) and any other price element. With reference to PAngV § 1, Abs. 2 we also want to express that additionally shipping and handling costs are charged. The amount of these costs depend on the country where the products are delivered. The exact shipping and handling costs will be shown during the ordering process. EU Business customers with Tax Identification Number If you are a foreign business customer in the EU, you can tell us your valid Tax Identification Number (VAT-ID) and it will be possible for us to charge you without the German sales tax (MwSt). The Tax Identification Number will be exposed on your invoice. Please let us know your Tax Identification Number with great care and check the number on the documents which you receive. If the number should be wrong please let us know immediately. As a company of the European Community, we are commited to a quarterly check of our EU products by the Deutsches Bundesamt für Finanzen (Federal Finance Office). Your Tax Identification Number and the volume of the export will be conveyed in this notification. The requirement for a tax free delivery is that the goods are actually shipped to a foreign country. The cheaper version of mail delivery is not an option even for small pieces because we have to be able to verify our export. Foreign EU customers without a Tax Identification Number Foreign EU customers who do not have a Tax Identification Number or do not wish to inform us, will be charged the German sales tax (MwSt) of 19%. Customers from Switzerland and other non-EU countries Products are sold to customers in Switzerland and other non-EU countries at net prices without the German sales tax of 19%. To do so we require a shipping form which will give us an export receipt. For customers in Switzerland and other non-EU countries the prices are therefore usually listed 19% too high (German sales tax). Only after you have logged yourself in as a non-EU customer, the right prices without tax will be listed. Please remember that during import, customs fees might be added. These costs cannot be declared on the invoices from Dr. Zellmer GmbH and need to be payed by the customer along with the total invoice. Business customers For business customers with proof of establishment the listed prices can also be switched to net prices. |
